How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription through our customer portal. You can access your portal by signing into your account here. If you have not created an account, please first create one with the email address you used to purchase RYZE.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. To track your order, please add your order number into our tracking system found above.
How do I update my subscription (frequency, products, or address)?
You can update your delivery frequency, change products, or update your shipping address directly in the Portal. You can access your portal by signing into your account here. If you have not created an account, please first create one with the email address you used to purchase RYZE.
How do I stop the shipment on my most recent order?
Your order may already be on its way. Chat with us to check if we can intercept it before it ships. If we’re not able to, once it arrives, we’ll provide a free return shipping label so you can send it back. You’ll receive a full refund once the return is processed.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item to RYZE, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item to request a return shipping label. You can review our full return policy here. Let us know if you have any questions!

How To Prepare RYZE
How should I use it?
RYZE is a ready to drink beverage. Stir it into 6-8 oz. of hot water or use a mini-frother to make it extra foamy and frothy! Nut and non-dairy milks blend very nicely for an even creamier texture. Add natural sweeteners to taste. There are endless ways to RYZE, so feel free to do you and prepare your cup the way you typically enjoy your coffee.
When is the best time to consume RYZE?
We may be biased because we like to drink RYZE all day long. However, we recommend it first thing in the morning to get your energy levels up, your focus turned ON, and your happiness at an all time high. It's the perfect way to start the day. It also works amazing as an afternoon-pick-me-up. Not at all harsh like coffee, its calm energy takes you smoothly right into the evening hours.
What’s the best way to prepare it?
There’s nothing like a RYZE latte: delicious, creamy, and full of whole-body benefits. We love adding 4 oz of hot water, rigorously stir or use a frother to mix it. Then add 2-4 oz of plant-based milk, some honey, and froth again for that barista-worthy touch. Feel free to customize your latte with your favorite sweetener or creamer to suit your taste. It’s your ritual, and you should enjoy it your way!
Do you have recipe recommendations?
Yes! You can check out our recipe page for tips and preparation ideas to enhance your RYZE experience.
Can I add RYZE to my regular coffee?
Yes! You can add RYZE to your regular coffee if you’d like. It’s designed to be a coffee replacement, but mixing them is totally fine.
Can I have more than one cup per day?
You can enjoy more than one cup per day. Some people regularly have two cups or more for the boosted health benefits and energy. Just listen to your body and keep in mind that some blends contain caffeine.
Are you certified gluten-free? Vegan?
We are currently working on getting certified gluten free and vegan but we can absolutely assure you that all of our ingredients are gluten free and vegan.
Are your products dairy free?
Yes! All our products are dairy free. We lean on plant-based milks when necessary to keep our formulas creamy and delicious.

How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order from the footer of our website under ‘Track Your Order,’ or go to this link and enter your order number.
Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order?
Since your order has already been placed, you won’t be able to update the shipping address from your end. Feel free to chat with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
How can I change or skip a recurring shipment?
Skipping or changing the product for your next shipment is simple:
- Log in to your account using this link.
- Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the left panel.
- Choose the subscription you’d like to update.
- Click ‘Swap Product’ to change the item, or ‘Skip’ to skip the upcoming shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?

- Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and click “Manage Subscription.”
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts, including your reason for canceling.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the US and Canada only. We are working on expanding our shipping options as soon as possible to offer RYZE to mushroom coffee fans worldwide.
Can I return or get a refund for my order?
To qualify for a refund, your order must fall within 30 days of the purchase date. Just click here to get your prepaid return label. Please enter your RYZE order ID and your shipping zip code/email address. Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund ASAP.
Can I cancel a recently processed order?

Where are your mushrooms grown?
Our mushrooms are cultivated on natural substrates that mimic their natural habitat, such as wood-derived materials, gluten-free oats, and grains. As some of the forest floor's oldest dwellers, mushrooms thrive with carefully controlled conditions. We're proud to deliver their benefits in our 100% organic, USA-grown strains.

Where is it made?
Our company is based in Boston, MA, but our organic mushrooms are sustainably grown in California and Nevada. The other ingredients are sourced from the best suppliers in the country, being thoroughly tested for mycotoxins and heavy metals. We ship from our warehouse in Texas straight to your front door.
Are there any additives or sweeteners?
Most of our products are sugar-free, but a few contain small amounts of natural sugar. Sugar gets a bad rap, but natural sugar is unrefined and easier on your body. No over-processed syrups, just a subtle sweetness that supports the blend while staying well below the recommended daily value for sugar:
- Hot Cocoa – 3g of natural sugar per serving (from coconut water)
- Overnight Oats – 8g of natural sugar per serving (from coconut water and date powder)
- RYZE Chai – 3g of natural sugar per serving (from coconut water)
Are you organic?
All our products contain mushrooms that are US Grown and USDA Organic Certified. Some of our products contain ingredients that, while still premium quality, are difficult to source organically. These products aren’t certified organic, but contain some USDA organic ingredients.

Does mushroom coffee contain coffee?
Yes! Our shade-grown, organic arabica coffee is grown in Mexico. After carefully roasting and brewing the beans, our coffee is spray-dried into a pure instant powder before being added to our formula. It yields just 48mg of caffeine per cup of RYZE.
What are the benefits?
Our blends feature six medicinal mushrooms, except for Hot Cocoa, which only contains the sleep-enhancing Reishi mushroom. Each mushroom in our SUPER6™ Mushroom Blend offers unique benefits: Cordyceps for natural energy, Lion’s Mane for focus, Reishi for mood and sleep support, Shiitake and King Trumpet for immunity and vitality, and Turkey Tail for gut health.

Is it safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
While it is perfectly safe to consume our product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we always recommend consulting with your physician before repeated use.
What are the differences between mushroom coffee and regular coffee?
RYZE Mushroom Coffee offers many health benefits that regular coffee doesn’t. Regular coffee can be tough on your gut, disrupt your sleep cycle, and leave you with a headache by 3pm. Mushroom Coffee has about half the amount of caffeine, providing natural, mushroom-powered energy that keeps you calm (in your gut and your mind) and focused, all without the midday crash.
Are functional mushrooms the same as magic mushrooms? Will they make me trip?
While we think the mushrooms in our blend are perfectly magical due to their health benefits, no they are not psychedelic or magic mushrooms and they will not make you trip. With over 10,000 species of mushrooms out there, medicinal (or functional mushrooms) are distinct from magic and have absolutely no psychedelic effects whatsoever.
